Painless surgery
At the Miladent Dental & Implant Clinicl we perform advanced surgical procedures of all complexity. These are mainly extractions of the wisdom and other teeth, implantation of dental implants, removal of parts of broken roots, hemisection, resection or chiselling.
All surgical procedures are performed under local anesthesia or with inhalation sedation, which makes the treatments 100% painless.
Dr. Dominik Łoś, as a specialist in dental surgery performs the removal of the so-called retained teeth, that is the teeth lying fully or partially in the bones of the jaw.
Tooth removal
The Miladent Dental Clinic specializes in painless and stress-free tooth removal using modern, specialized microsurgical tools. We use different forms of anesthesia as well as painless puncture using computerized Quick Sleeper anesthesia and deep sedation in the presence of an anesthesiologist.
Surgical procedures supporting implant insertion
One of the most frequently performed surgical procedures in the Miladent Clinic is pre-implantation procedures designed to increase the amount of bone needed to insert the implant, ie:
- raising the bottom of the maxillary sinus (sinus lift procedure)
- controlled bone regeneration using platelet rich plasma (PRP)
- controlled tissue regeneration.
